- We use, where possible, filtration reedbeds and marginal planting to provide enhanced water treatment while creating additional wildlife habitat and foraging potential
- We provide roof gardens on some of our developments for rest and relaxation
- We design our offices to optimise proximity to natural light, thermal comfort and indoor air quality
Increased productivity
- We provide walkways with breakout areas which allow building users to sit overlooking water and enable a connection to nature
- We specify native planting with fruiting, flowering and nut bearing species in our landscapes, providing pollinator friendly planting to support local wildlife and growing spaces for building users
